Inside Concierge: what 5 weeks with a job hunt coach looks like

9 October 2026 · 4 min read · Who You Know

Over the last ten days on this blog, we've talked about fixing your LinkedIn headline, running your job search like a five-week project, and translating your experience so hiring teams actually get it.

All good advice. But let's be honest: doing it all on your own, while also refreshing your inbox and wondering if anyone's reading your applications, is hard.

So we built Concierge. It's five weeks of doing exactly those things, with our team in your corner. Here's what's inside, how each week works, and, just as importantly, why each piece is there.

What you get

  • A 40-minute kick-off call to map your target roles, companies and strengths
  • A CV and LinkedIn glow-up done by our team
  • A professional headshot session with a photographer in Sydney
  • 3 one-on-one intro calls with insiders, verified employees at your target companies
  • 5 weekly check-ins for progress, honest feedback and one clear goal for the week
  • 12 months of Who You Know platform access, with 5 call requests a month

It's $499, paid once. Places are limited.

Now the fun part: why each bit matters.

The kick-off call: a plan before anything else

We start with a 40-minute call to map out where you're aiming: the roles you want, the companies you'd love to work for, and the strengths that make you a good fit.

Why start here? Because a job search without targets is just activity. Every other part of Concierge, from how we rewrite your CV to who we reach out to for intro calls, depends on getting this right. You leave the call with a clear game plan, not a vague to-do list.

The CV and LinkedIn glow-up: making your story land

Next, our team gets to work on your CV and LinkedIn profile, shaped around the targets from your kick-off call.

This matters because your materials do a lot of introducing before you ever speak to anyone. When an insider looks you up before a call, or a hiring manager opens your CV, you want them to understand what you do and why it's relevant, fast. A generic profile makes every conversation work harder.

The headshot: small detail, big first impression

You'll get a professional headshot session with a photographer in Sydney.

It sounds like a nice-to-have. It isn't, really. Your photo shows up next to your name on every message, comment and profile view. A clear, friendly, current photo makes you look like someone worth replying to. A blurry crop from a wedding does not.

The intro calls: getting in the door

This is the heart of it. Our team reaches out to arrange 3 one-on-one intro calls with insiders, verified employees at the companies you're targeting. We do that within the 5 weeks, even if you don't know anyone there yet.

Why does this matter? Because talking to someone on the inside changes things. You learn what the team actually needs, how hiring really works there, and how to position yourself. It's the kind of conversation that's hard to get from a cold application.

These calls are arranged by us and don't use your monthly platform requests.

And our promise: we arrange the calls; any we can't arrange come back as requests. So if we can't set up all 3 within the 5 weeks, the ones we couldn't arrange come back to you as requests to use with any insider on the platform.

The weekly check-ins: someone to answer to

Every week, you'll have a check-in with us. We look at your progress, give you honest feedback, and agree on one clear goal for the week ahead.

If you read our five-week job search article, you'll know why we're big on this. Left alone, it's easy for a week to slide. Saying your goal out loud to someone makes it real. And an outside view spots what's not landing much faster than you can from the inside.

Twelve months of platform access: it doesn't stop at week 5

You also get 12 months of access to the Who You Know platform, with 5 call requests a month. It starts the day you pay, so you can use it before, during and after the five weeks.

A job search doesn't always wrap up neatly in five weeks. This means you keep a way to reach insiders for the rest of the year.

Week by week

The five-week program starts on 1 November 2026. Kick-off calls are booked before then.

Week 1: Kick-off call. Targets agreed. Headshot booked. We start reaching out to insiders.

Week 2: Your CV and LinkedIn glow-up is delivered. Headshot taken. First check-in.

Week 3: Your first intro call (or calls). Check-in.

Week 4: More intro calls. Check-in.

Week 5: Final intro call (or calls). Final check-in, and we map out your next steps together.

What Concierge doesn't do

Let's be plain about this. Concierge doesn't guarantee a referral, an interview or a job. Nobody honest can promise that, because the hiring decision belongs to the company.

What it does is give you a clear plan, materials that do you justice, conversations with people on the inside, and someone keeping you on track every week. The rest is up to you, and them.

The fine print, in normal words

  • Price: $499, paid once.
  • Places: limited.
  • Start date: the program runs from 1 November 2026. Kick-off calls are booked before then.
  • Changed your mind? You can get a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as your kick-off call hasn't happened yet.

Ready?

If you've been doing the job search thing on your own and you'd like someone in your corner for five weeks, this is it. Grab your place in Concierge.
