Before you start
Which roles can you work on?
One role you're hiring for. At a short kick-off call, we agree on the role and its essential requirements, and confirm them by email. That's the role we source for.
How quickly do we get started?
We aim to confirm the role and start the search within 5 business days of your payment, as long as you're available for the kick-off call. We introduce suitable candidates as we find them.
What counts as a "suitable candidate"?
Someone who, based on our screening, meets the essential requirements we agreed with you and has told us they're interested in interviewing for the role.
How does the refund work?
If we don't introduce at least one suitable candidate within 60 days of starting the search, we refund the full $1,000 within 10 business days. You can also cancel for a full refund any time before the search starts. The guarantee covers an introduction, not a hire.
Is there a fee if we hire someone you introduce?
No. The $1,000 is the whole price: no placement fee and no percentage of salary.
Where do candidates come from?
From the job seekers on Who You Know and our own sourcing for your role. We only introduce someone with their consent, and candidates never pay us to be introduced.
How do we pay?
By card on Pinch Payments' secure page. No account is needed, and your receipt is emailed straight away. Prices are in Australian dollars, and no GST is charged.
How does Concierge for your team work?
Choose how many people (at least 3) and pay once, at $299 per person. We then email you for each person's name and email, and invite them to Concierge. Each person takes part on their own account, and what they share with us stays private to them.
